arrow_right_alt Hello, my name is Patrik, I am 27 years old and I am born and raised in Bolzano. As the son of an entrepreneur and a housewife and mother, I understood at an early age that sacrifices, especially those that are sincere, can lead to positive outcomes in your private and your working life. Having indirectly got to know the business world with its complexities and the tremendous willingness it brings with it, I wanted to put my skills to the test right after graduation and decided to start my career as a sales representative. Thanks to this initial professional experience, I have developed and improved my management skills, my interpersonal understandings and my negotiation power. After this I decided to join my father's company. So I had the opportunity to be part of many trips abroad to companies and to join negotiations with business partners. This sparked my full interest in entrepreneurial activity. My international experience was strengthened with a job at the multinational company Würth Canada, where I was able to expand and improve my language skills. Back in Italy, I resumed work in my father's company. It was at this time that I was encouraged to create something of my own. After intensive research with my longtime friend Tobias, we decided to found Gipsyway. Since the founding of the company we have been asked again and again if we could help to elaborate concepts, plans and project timelines for others. This was the birth of W2.
